Terms and conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to cleaning services supplied by Riggenbach Reinigung. An individual quote and confirmed written arrangements take precedence over these general terms.
2. Order and services
An order is formed when our quote is accepted or confirmed in writing. Scope, date, price and included materials are defined in the quote. Additional work is performed only after consultation.
3. Prices and additional work
Prices are in Swiss francs. Fixed prices apply to the described scope. For time-based services, each agreed additional hour is charged at CHF 45 unless the quote states otherwise.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer provides timely access, working water and electricity connections and safe working conditions. Sensitive materials and known damage must be disclosed before work begins.
5. Appointments
Changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Any cost is governed by the confirmed quote and work already incurred.
6. Handover guarantee
A handover guarantee applies only when expressly included in the quote. Property-management complaints about agreed cleaned areas must be reported immediately and we must be given an opportunity to correct them free of charge. Damage, wear and unagreed work are excluded.
7. Defects and liability
Visible defects should be reported when work is completed and other defects immediately after discovery. Liability for directly caused damage is governed by mandatory Swiss law; normal wear and pre-existing damage are excluded.
8. Law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory statutory venues remain reserved.
